Dal 17 ottobre al 20 novembre2020 presso AF Gallery aprirà la mostra Forse che sì forse che no di Andrea Salvino.  
La ricerca dell’artista indagal’iconografia del suo tempo tramite l’osservazione di fotografie, cartoline,libri e stampe appartenenti alla cultura europea del Novecento. Andrea Salvino nei suoi lavori svela il potere delle immagini, quali elementi che evocano fatti storici e altro, con cui poter scrivere una pagina di storia non ufficiale.
Il titolo della mostra fa riferimento all’epigrafe, Forse che sì forse che no, scolpita nel marmo,all'incrocio di due importanti vie di Piacenza, ma anche al motto presente nel soffitto ligneo del Palazzo Ducale di Mantova da cui Gabriele d´Annunzio restò affascinato e lo utilizzò come titolo per un suo romanzo del 1910.
Tale motto araldico si è prestato a tante interpretazioni. La più attendibile, e forse anche quella più legata alla mostra è: "le numerose incertezze legate alla fragile condizione dell’Uomo, inconsapevole del proprio destino". Vitae morte.
Forse che sì forse che no è un mosaico di lavori volutamente connessi e disconnessi tra loro, alcuni raccontano delle storie e altri non raccontano nulla. Semplicemente il piacere di realizzare un lavoro per esprimere uno statod’animo di leggerezza, vicino al noto lavoro di Alighiero Boetti Lasciare il certo per l´incerto.
La mostra vuole raccontare emozioni e altro, con il mezzo della pittura, disegno e scultura.Improvvisazione organizzata. Possibilità di leggerezza. Tentativo di generare emozioni, partecipazione, riconoscersi in fatti, storie, figure, persone o anche attrazione e repulsione verso ciò che si guarda. Forse che sì forse che no è una attesa.

From 17 October to 20 November 2020 the exhibition Forse che Sì, Forse che no by Andrea Salvino will open at the AF Gallery. The artist's research investigates the iconography of his time through the observation of photographs, postcards, books and prints belonging to twentieth-century European culture. In his works, Andrea Salvino reveals the power of images, as elements that evoke historical facts and more, with which it is possible to write a page of unofficial history. The title of the exhibition refers to the epigraph, Forse che yes, perhaps che no, carved in marble at the intersection of two important streets in Piacenza, but also to the motto present in the wooden ceiling of the Ducal Palace in Mantua from which Gabriele d'Annunzio he was fascinated and used it as the title for one of his 1910 novels. This heraldic motto has lent itself to many interpretations. The most reliable, and perhaps also the one most linked to the exhibition, is: "the numerous uncertainties linked to the fragile condition of Man, unaware of his own destiny". Vitae death. Maybe yes, maybe no, it's a mosaic of works deliberately connected and disconnected from each other, some tell stories and others tell nothing. Simply the pleasure of creating a work to express a state of mind of lightness, close to Alighiero Boetti's well-known work Leaving the certain for the uncertain. The exhibition aims to tell emotions and more, through the medium of painting, drawing and sculpture. Organized improvisation. Possibility of lightness. Attempt to generate emotions, participation, recognize oneself in facts, stories, figures, people or even attraction and repulsion towards what one looks at. Maybe yes, maybe no, it's a wait.
